We are looking to recruit an experienced Master Technician to join our team in Wiltshire
As a main franchise dealer we ensure that no one is better qualified to look after our vehicle. Our technical staff are trained to manufacturer standards and have access to regular support and technical information.
Within the dealership, we utilise the latest diagnostic technology, tools, and best practice processes so you can offer our customers the very best assistance with their service or repair.
You will be working alongside a team of skilled Technicians and will be carrying out complex repairs requiring extensive fault finding using the most up to date diagnostic equipment. Our franchise has a strong customer base with an enthusiastic team who are focused on delivering the outstanding levels of service our customers deserve.
Our Master Technicians play a pivotal role in ensuring a first-time fix culture to maximise our customer experience and ensure that customer satisfaction is at the heart of all we do. Primarily the Master Technician is the dealership's technical expert whose role is to interpret and diagnose faults and assist colleagues where necessary. We do this by having the right people in our dealership and also a supportive management structure to assist and guide where necessary.
Ideally you will have experience / qualification as a Master Technician; experience in working within a franchised vehicle dealership is essential electric vehicle experience would be an advantage but we can train the right candidate. You must hold a full uk driving licence for this role
For the right candidate we are able to offer a competitive salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus bonus scheme, 30 days holidays, contributory pension scheme, staff discounts cycle to work scheme, employee and customer referral schemes, employee car scheme, Healthcare Cash Plan and life assurance (last 3 subject to a qualifying period). You will also be provided with additional training to enhance your skills both at a site level and via manufacturer specific requirements.
This post is offered on a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday basis. Saturday mornings are worked on a rota 1 in 3 and are payable as overtime at time and a third
