Recruit Central are recruiting for a System Integration Leader based in Peterborough. Do you have analytical, Financial, Stock Control experience?

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Understand the functional team’s needs and ensure the team is ready and delivers a smooth transition at ‘Go live’ to minimise customer disruption.
- Represent the GED (R & D) Purchase & Logistics team on the cross-business transformation team to ensure needs are communicated and acceptance criteria are understood.
- Work with functional team to understand ‘current state’ system use and work with other teams to problem solve any issues that arise from conflicting requirements.
- Maintain local team’s project status and open issues in Azure DevOps system to ensure visibility and resource allocation from the rest of the team.
- Create and maintain standard work instructions to enable team members to best utilise the system capabilities.
- Create and deliver training plan to ensure team members are familiar with the system and can deliver functional responsibilities in line with project requirements.
- Manager cutover plan with local team to ensure data quality as business transitions from one system to another
- Work with other team members to validate data loads by being comfortable with manipulating large amounts of data and creating business rules.
- Update Stakeholders with progress, risks and issues as project progresses.
- Deliver team functional value stream responsibilities as required to assist in team workload smoothing including further developing and managing department metrics.
Skills and Experience:
Essential - Candidates will have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team be able to both influence stakeholders and get the most out of peers
- Analytical mindset with tenacious attitude to problem solving, a disciplined approach and a good attention to detail
- Competent user of Alteryx, Tableau and Microsoft Power platforms
- The ability to translate complex requirements and work with others define solutions
Desired but not essential - Candidates may have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:
- Experience of change management; coordinating multiple stakeholders and team members through the project plan from conception to completion
- Experience of using an MRP / Stock control system
- Understanding of purchase and stock control principles
- Setting up value stream dashboards
Working hours:
Monday- Thursday 8:30am-16:45pm
Friday- 8:30am - 16:15pm. Hiring manager is flexible in regards to start and finish time.
