Service Manager job vacancy
Our client, an automotive company, is looking for a motivated and experienced Service Manager in a permanent role.
The successful candidate should have in-depth experience of managing service operations, and have excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in the automotive sector is desirable, but not essential. You must have a valid driving license.
As Service Manager, you will lead and manage a team of mechanics, ensuring best-in-class customer service and efficiency. You will be responsible for setting performance standards and managing staff to ensure they are met. You will also ensure the aftersales operations are in line with process and workflow requirements, and that the team maintains service performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, be reliable and comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, databases and other IT tools.
