We are looking for a front desk service advisor for our busy site in Gloucester
Successful candidates must have knowledge of:
- Warranty guidelines (warranty policies and procedures) training given
- The retail facility’s organisational structure.
- High level of telephone contact. Using appropriate telephone techniques and etiquette
- Ability to manage own time and workflow
- Book in work and raise job cards
- Keep customers up to date on vehicle while in the garage
- Upsell additional products and service as needed
- You will need a full uk driving licence for this role

Monday - Friday 08.00-18.00 Saturday mornings on a team rota 1-in 2 08.30-12.30
Salary: Up to £26,000.00 basic per year depending on experience plus bonus Ote £32,000
