A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Aftersales Client Manager to join the busy team in Ripon.
This would suit an experienced administrator or personal assistant looking to spread their wings and make this role their own.
As the Sales & Aftersales Relations Manager your main responsibilities will be to ensure complete and accurate data management as well as providing valuable support to the sales and aftersales departments. Your duties will include assisting the Team in the following areas:
- To ensure that the franchise observes and performs to all the Franchise standards regarding Sales operations quality.
- Distribute all enquires that enter the business online to the correct person / department
- To use appropriately and with accuracy the company systems.
- Management of the Reception Team. This involves keeping rota’s up to date, arranging cover and holiday requests. You will also need to keep them up to date with upcoming changes within the business and any brand communications.
- Provide weekly reports to the head of business and sales managers, ensuring all information is up to date.
- To accept a duty of care over the company’s property at all times.
- To ensure all the Sales Enquiry management processes are of the standard to pass any Franchise or other audits.
- Provide prospecting data for sales executives, taking advantage of all databases.
- Look for ways we can sponsor and support the local community e.g. charity events
- Organise customer functions
The ideal Sales & Aftersales Client Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Be a great communicator, both written and verbally. In this role, you need to be confident speaking on camera/video
- A previous experience within customer service experience whilst being upto speed with Microsoft
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is also a team player.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience of motor trade crm's systems would be an advantage but someone with basic It skills could pick this up quite easily

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary: £25,000 Basic per annum with £30,000 OTE
