Inbound Quality Dispatcher - Leicestershire

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Production & Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for inducting all site visitors, drivers and contractors - checking incoming documentation and quality certification.

Duties will include:

Ensure all visitors/drivers are signed on/off site with full induction
Plan and coordinate deliveries; maintaining goods in diary.
Liaise with Customers, Suppliers, Drivers, Hauliers & Depots as and when required.
Work closely with the Transport, Operations and Sales teams to ensure all purchasing related objectives are achieved.
Work closely with Production and Purchasing Manager to support as required.
Maintain document retention and quality certification.
Cover for colleagues during holiday/sickness periods.
Undertake as necessary any other relevant and associated tasks or projects.

Must have:

Ability to plan prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Forward thinker and ability to resolve issues/problems.
Effective team player with excellent verbal and written skills.
Excellent Customer Inter-relation Skills.
