Recruit Central are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator based in Birchwood. Our client are looking for someone with a strong and fast paced Microsoft Office user, with great eye for detail and a willingness to go beyond for the customer. Providing first class support to our customers in a professional and proactive way. A great can-do attitude. Willing to learn, able to work self-sufficiently with understanding of when to escalate or seek help when required. Identifying and assessing what the customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
ROLE INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
- Logging incoming customer enquiries and responding in a timely manner.
- Using multiple reports for identifying potential problems.
- Interpreting the voice of the customer.
- General administration duties within customer ops team.
- Regular contact points with the customer, both on the phone and through teams.
- General update to customers on their account via presentations.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Candidates will have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:
- Strong administrator with a common sense approach
- Experience within a customer operations
- Able to use Microsoft package (word, excel, power point)
- Proven ability to maintain react and think quickly to fast moving fluid situations
- Confidant communicator able to build strong working relationships
- Demonstrate meticulous levels of attention to detail.
- Strong team player with the ability the work autonomously
- Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce would be an advantage but not essential
- Flexibility
Two shifts options:
Monday- Friday - 8:30am-18:00pm or 10:00am- 18:00pm
